How does your online mastering service work?

1. Initial consultation

Start by contacting us to discuss your project and the vision you have for it. Provide detailed information about your music and your mastering goals. Please upload your project directly through the message form or provide a link for review.

2. Quotation and invoice

After reviewing your project, we will provide you with a detailed quote. If you approve the quote, we will issue an invoice. Work will begin once payment has been received and the files have been uploaded.

3. Review and revisions

After the mastering is complete, you will receive your track for review. We encourage you to listen carefully and provide feedback. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure the final master meets your expectations and aligns with your vision, at no additional cost.

What is the policy for withdrawal and refunds?

You are entitled to a full refund if you choose to cancel your order before we begin work on it.

A 50% refund is available if you choose to cancel while we are already working on your project.

No refund will be provided once we have delivered the first full version of your mastered track.

Does a perfect mix actually need mastering?

This is a common question. The short answer is yes. Even a well mixed track often requires mastering to achieve the best possible sound. Mastering addresses elements that can't be fully handled during mixing, ensuring your music meets the standards for platforms like Spotify and other streaming services.
